羽豐米，孕育自貢寮田寮洋。這片由雙溪河沖積而成的豐沃濕地，不只是東北角的稻米之鄉，更是成千上萬候鳥越洋遷徙途中，最重要的歇腳驛站。為了留住這片生機，在地農友堅持全年不施農藥、少肥料的友善農法，日日躬身在泥濘中手工除草、撿拾福壽螺；秋收之後，更特意提早翻耕、蓄留淺水，替遠道而來的羽翼訪客，留下一片能安心落腳、飽食休憩的冬日水田。

看似平凡的一粒米，封存了東北角的日光、雨霧與溪水甘洌，更承載著農人對土地、河川與飛鳥的溫柔承諾。注腳雙溪將這塊扎實的「羽豐米小磚」納入「雙溪綠寶護照」的集章禮，盼能搭起產地與旅人的橋樑，傳遞田寮洋「取利自然、還利自然」的共生智慧——每一口米飯的清甜，都是旅人以行動支持友善耕作的溫柔力量。

Every Grain of YuFeng Rice Holds the Sweetness of Mountains and Rivers,

and a Promise of Coexistence with Migratory Birds

YuFeng Rice is nurtured in the Tianliaoyang wetlands of Gongliao. Formed by the alluvial deposits of the Shuangxi River, this fertile wetland is not only the rice country of Taiwan's Northeast Coast, but also a vital sanctuary for tens of thousands of migratory birds crossing the ocean. To safeguard this thriving habitat, local farmers practice eco-friendly farming year-round without chemical pesticides and with minimal fertilizer. Day after day, they bend their backs in the mud to weed by hand and pick apple snails. After the autumn harvest, they intentionally till early and maintain shallow waters in the fields, creating a safe, nourishing winter haven where winged visitors from afar can rest and feed.

What looks like an ordinary grain of rice encapsulates the sunlight, misty rains, and pure mountain streams of the Northeast Coast. Even more, it carries the farmers' gentle pledge to the land, the rivers, and the birds. Note Shuangxi has featured this compact "Yu-Feng Rice Brick" as a stamp-collecting reward in the "Shuangxi Green Passport." We hope to build a bridge between the land and travelers, sharing Tianliaoyang's wisdom of mutual prosperity—benefiting from nature, and giving back in kind. Every bite of sweet rice reflects the gentle power of travelers supporting eco-conscious farming through action.
