注腳雙溪長期深耕雙溪，從地方走讀、綠色旅遊到在地綠食，持續陪伴小農、店家與地方達人，把當季物產、手路技藝與生活故事，一點一滴串成屬於雙溪的深度旅行。

種仙草不是把苗種下去、等著收成這麼簡單。多雨的山城，有自己的天氣，也有土地自己的脾氣。什麼時候種、怎麼照顧、何時採收，農人一年一年跟著季節摸索，也在一次次彎腰與等待裡，慢慢讀懂這塊土地。曬乾後看似不起眼的一把仙草，背後其實藏著陽光、雨水、泥土，也藏著種植者一路走來對土地的感情。

我們從仙草開始，帶大家認識雙溪的另一種滋味~不只是喝一碗仙草，而是知道它從哪裡來、誰把它種出來，又為什麼願意一直種下去。

Every Sprig of Mesona Carries the Nourishment of the Land

Note Shuangxi has long been deeply rooted in Shuangxi. From local walking tours and green travel to locally grown food, we continue to work alongside small farmers, local shops, and community experts, weaving seasonal produce, traditional skills, and everyday stories into meaningful journeys that reveal the many layers of Shuangxi.

Growing mesona is about much more than simply planting seedlings and waiting for the harvest. In this rainy mountain town, the weather has a rhythm of its own, and so does the land. When to plant, how to care for the crop, and when to harvest—all of this is learned season by season. Through years of tending the fields, bending down to work the soil, and patiently waiting, farmers gradually come to understand the land.

A bundle of dried mesona may look simple, but within it are sunlight, rain, and soil—as well as the deep connection that growers have developed with this land over the years.

Through mesona, we invite you to discover another taste of Shuangxi. It is not simply about enjoying a bowl of mesona jelly, but about knowing where it comes from, who grows it, and why they choose to keep cultivating it year after year.Follow Note Shuangxi from the land to the table.
