注腳雙溪長期深耕雙溪，從地方走讀、綠色旅遊到在地綠食，持續陪伴小農、店家與地方達人，把當季物產、手路技藝與生活故事，一點一滴串成屬於雙溪的深度旅行。

種一片有機茶園，不只是把茶苗種下、等待採收。雙溪多雨潮濕的氣候，有山林的滋養，也帶來雜草、蟲害與天候變化的考驗。從照顧茶園、採摘嫩葉到揉捻焙製，每一道工序，都需要種茶人順著季節細心調整。看似輕盈的一片茶葉，揉進的是山間的雲霧、雨水與陽光，也藏著不使用化學農藥、友善土地的長久堅持。

Every Tea Leaf Carries the Mountain Town's Terroir and the Dedication of Its Tea Artisans

Note Shuangxi has long been deeply rooted in the local community. From guided walks and green travel to locally sourced cuisine, we continue to work alongside farmers, shop owners, and local experts, weaving seasonal produce, traditional skills, and everyday stories into meaningful journeys that reveal the depth and character of Shuangxi.

Cultivating an organic tea garden involves much more than planting tea seedlings and waiting for the harvest. Shuangxi’s humid, rainy climate brings nourishment from the surrounding mountains and forests, but it also presents challenges such as weeds, pests, and unpredictable weather. From tending the tea garden and picking tender leaves to rolling and roasting them, every step requires the tea artisan to work carefully in harmony with the seasons. Each delicate tea leaf carries the mountain mist, rain, and sunlight, as well as a lasting commitment to avoiding chemical pesticides and caring for the land.

Through a cup of organic tea, we invite visitors to discover another expression of Shuangxi’s terroir. It is not simply about tasting its aroma, but also about learning which mountain and tea garden it came from—and why local tea artisans choose a more demanding path to protect the land.
